Operation Flow

Operation Instruction

Check to ensure the graphite mold and conductor is clean ,no residue before making the connection
Use a propane torch to dry wire conductors and remove remaining cleaning residue, solvent, or water before making the connection.
Close the graphite mold lid before ignition ,and close the lid tightly
Insert the conductors and position them for the connection.Ensure them in the center of cavity.
Keep the irrelevant personnel 1.5M away when welding
Keep the inflammable goods 1-2M away when welding
The operator must be equipped thermal barrier glove
Don't face to the mould opening when welding
The operator keep 1.5M away mould is must after ignition
Don't touch the mould and connected parts directly after welding
Open the mould and take the joint out with wrench 10-20S later after reaction .
Insulate the joint after the conductor cooling completely .

Notes:

1.Avoid contacting of hot molten metals with water, oil, grease, etc. It may cause excessive

spatter and burns.

2. Do not uses in flammable vapors or dust, a fire or explosion may happen.

3. void fire, mould must be stored in dry, well-ventilated area, away from open flame and excessive heat.

4. Avoid looking directly at the light of the reaction. It may irritate your eyes.

5. Wear safety glasses and leather gloves to use the mould.

Packing

Strong packing is available and free of charge ,which is suitable for loading, storage in most popular condition .Custom packing will be charged reasonably to favor customer's requirement .

Mould Packing: Air buddle film packing and carton, the additional wooden carton or wooden pallet protect the mould from broken when transportation.

Exothermic welding powder packing:PE bag indicating model, and the pyrophoric powder ,aluminium gasket contained. The additional carton box and wooden pallet protect the material.
